This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) in order to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Health information is classified as special category personal data under the KVKK.

Such information is processed only to the extent necessary for the provision, planning and management of healthcare services and in accordance with applicable legislation.

Please avoid submitting health information through general website contact forms unless it is necessary for your medical enquiry.

If photographs, medical reports, test results or similar medical documents are required for an online assessment, you may be provided with additional information concerning the processing of such data and, where legally required, your explicit consent may be requested.

8. Retention of Personal Data
